The Learnings

The RHMA was created to deliver management training to current and emerging rural health managers with enhanced management skills.

The RHMA provides first-time and new rural health managers with greater depth in their management skills.

This is a self-guided 10-week program along with a kick-off webinar at the beginning and a celebratory webinar at the end.

The self-guided training with 10 modules is hosted on a password protected website.

Each week during this 10-week period, a new module will be released.

NEXT PROGRAM COMMENCES Fall 202

Participants will realize:

  • The differences between management and leadership.
  • Definition of management.
  • How to set expectations.
  • How to be a more effective communicator.
  • How to create an environment of trust.
